RETURN COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITY

We very much hope that you won’t be disappointed by your purchase, but sometimes things just don’t work out. In the rare event that you’re not absolutely in love with your new jewelry or watch, please contact our Customer Care Team by email: info@keymoments.eu.

Please note that we will only refund items that qualify against the terms set out below.

  • To return a jewel or watch for credit, it must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. The following return reasons for new purchases are accepted:
  1. Incorrect Product or Size Ordered
  2. Product Did Not Meet Customer’s Expectations
  3. Company Shipped Wrong Product or Size
  • If product is damaged within the warranted period, which is indicatable, we advise you to contact our Customer Care Team by sending your purchase info and damage details to info@keymoments.eu.

Key Moments will not cover any returning costs and customer is accountable for any risks that may occur. Therefore, we strongly advise – when sending back the order- to cover your shipment with insurance. This is to prevent anything when goes wrong.

Once the item has been returned to ourselves then please allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund to be processed and credited to the method of payment used.

TRIAL PERIOD

Within the trial period of 14 days, starting from date received, customer has the right to revoke the agreement and to return the watches and or jewels from the order for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect Product or Size Ordered
  2. Product Did Not Meet Customer’s Expectations
  3. Company Shipped Wrong Product or Size

In case a product is damaged or incomplete, consumer has the obligation to inform the Key Moments customer care team by email and to await for further instructions. If a customer wishes to use the revocation’s right to cancel its agreement and to return the order, it is solely allowed to unpack the product until so in order to determine whether to keep or return the goods. During the trial period the product must be carefully handled and must be in the original packaging when send back. It is necessary to send it together with all the accessories (if any) in the original state and packaging.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

Your purchase at keymoments.eu is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months from date of purchase under terms and conditions of this warranty. It covers manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase. It only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply in case of:

  • any damages as a result from improper usage, lack of care, negligence, accidents (dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) such as scratching, bouncing, falling of the Key Moments products;
  • Warranty does not apply to Key Moments products in case it is handled by non-authorized persons, without written permission of Key Moments.

For watches, warranty applies on movement only.
